Terms & Conditions
Clear commercial terms so both sides know exactly what has been agreed.
Quotes and acceptance
Written quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the scope, site conditions and access described at the time of survey. Work begins once a quote is accepted in writing and any required deposit is received.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, projects are invoiced 50% on approval of artwork and 50% on completion. Municipal permit fees are passed through at cost. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Kentucky law.
Artwork and approvals
Production begins only after you approve final artwork. You are responsible for confirming spelling, dimensions and brand colour references. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Permits and compliance
We prepare and submit permit applications where included in scope, but approval timelines and outcomes are determined by the relevant authority and are outside our control.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your quote. Warranties exclude damage caused by vandalism, vehicle impact, storms, unauthorised modification or lack of reasonable maintenance.
