Warranty & Returns Policy
This page is maintained by Trio Sign LLC and summarises our standard warranty terms. The signed proposal for your project always takes precedence.
What is covered
Unless your proposal states otherwise, fabrication workmanship is warranted for one year from installation and electrical components such as LED modules and power supplies carry the manufacturer's warranty passed through to you. If a covered defect appears, we repair or replace the affected part at no labour cost to you during the warranty period.
What is not covered
Damage from storms, vehicle impact, vandalism, power surges, building movement, unauthorised alterations, third-party repairs, or normal fading of exterior finishes over time is excluded. Signs relocated or re-installed by someone other than our crew are also outside the warranty.
Custom orders and deposits
Every sign we build is made to order for a specific client, so fabricated goods cannot be returned or restocked. Once artwork is approved and production has begun, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before production starts, we refund your deposit less any design, engineering or permit work already completed.
Making a claim
Email hello@triosignllc.com or call (270) 555-0134 with your project name, the date you noticed the issue and a photo where possible. We aim to acknowledge every claim within two business days and schedule an on-site assessment for anything we cannot diagnose remotely.
